Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages process your IP address and browser details in order to send the page to you, and may keep basic technical logs for security and reliability.
We use email correspondence to respond to you. We use technical logs only to keep the website secure and working. We do not sell your information, share it for marketing, or use it for automated decision-making.
We process correspondence on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and technical logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
This website is hosted by Amazon Web Services, and emails to hello@chorus-life.com are handled by Google Workspace. These providers process data only on our instructions. Some may process data outside the UK; where they do, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum. This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which involves your IP address being sent to Google when a page loads.
Correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle your enquiry. Technical logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted. If you registered interest in our consumer pilots through the form previously on this website, we keep those details until our pilots conclude or you ask us to remove you, whichever is sooner, and in any case no longer than 2 years.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict our processing of it, and to withdraw any consent you have given. To exercise any of these, email hello@chorus-life.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
This website does not set cookies or use analytics trackers. One page includes a YouTube video in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which sets no cookies unless you press play; if you do, YouTube's own privacy policy applies.
