When you register interest in our consumer pilots, we collect your first name, email address, the retirement stage you select, and your confirmation that you are 45 or older. If you email us at hello@chorus-life.com, we collect whatever information you choose to include.
We use pilot registrations to contact you about our pilots and, occasionally, with early updates about Chorus Life. We use email correspondence to respond to you. We do not sell your information, share it for marketing, or use it for automated decision-making.
We process pilot registrations on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link in any message we send. We process general correspondence on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Form submissions are processed by our own systems and delivered to our inbox by Resend Inc., our email delivery provider. This website and our systems are hosted by Vercel Inc., whose servers record basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. These providers process data only on our instructions. Some may process data outside the UK; where they do, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum. This page loads fonts from Google Fonts, which involves your IP address being sent to Google when the page loads.
We keep pilot registrations until our pilots conclude or you ask us to remove you, whichever is sooner, and in any case no longer than 2 years. Correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle your enquiry.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict our processing of it, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email hello@chorus-life.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
This website does not set cookies or use analytics trackers.
