Book a 20-minute introductory call

This is a short, exploratory conversation to help us both decide whether the Vita Programme is the right fit for you.

It’s not a sales call, and there’s no expectation to commit. The aim is to understand your background and goals, answer questions, and talk openly about whether the programme – and the timing – make sense.

Who is this for?

The Vita Programme is likely to be a good fit for you if:

  • You are at a stage of life where you have more control over your time, and are thinking deliberately about how you want the years ahead to feel and function.
  • You feel physically and mentally capable, but are aware that staying that way requires structure, not just good intentions.
  • You value science-informed guidance and are looking for a clear, coherent framework rather than piecing things together on your own.
  • You are open to a structured, cohort-based programme and the community and shared momentum that comes with it.
  • You are considering making meaningful change within the next 6–12 months.

Many participants are in their 60s or early 70s, but what matters most is mindset, capability, and readiness–not a specific age or background.

Who is this not for?

The Vita Programme is a non-medical, group-based experience designed for people who are broadly well and capable today, and want to stay that way for as long as possible. We set clear boundaries so participants are supported appropriately, and so the programme can deliver what it is designed to do.

For that reason, this might not be the right next step if:

  • You are currently dealing with a serious medical condition, significant mental health challenges, or a level of disability that requires specialist or clinical support.
  • You are looking for medical care, therapy, diagnosis, or rehabilitation.
  • You are primarily interested in a fitness class, drop-in sessions, or a low-commitment membership.

What happens next

When you book a 20-minute introductory call, you’ll speak with one of our team.

We’ll ask a few questions to understand your situation, explain how the Vita Programme works in practice, answer any questions you have, and explore whether the programme — and the timing — feel like a good fit.

The conversation is friendly, straightforward, and intentionally two-way. It’s designed to help both sides decide whether to move forward. Our aim is clarity and mutual fit — not persuasion.

After the call, one of three things will happen:

  • If it feels like a strong fit, we’ll invite you to join an upcoming cohort. If you choose to accept, you can secure your place with a 50% deposit.
  • If the programme feels right but the timing isn’t, we may suggest a future cohort.
  • If it doesn’t feel like the right fit, we’ll explain why.
