Chorus is a life navigation business
We design and deliver structured programmes that help people navigate major life transitions with clarity, confidence, and momentum.
At moments of change – when roles shift, routines fall away, or new opportunities appear – many people find that what once supported them no longer applies. Chorus Life exists to meet these moments with considered structure: programmes that translate good intentions into sustainable action and positive results.
Chorus Life is programme-led rather than personality-led. Our focus is on building thoughtful, repeatable systems. Hype and gurus aren’t our style – our science-informed programmes are designed to nurture, inspire, and galvanise.

The challenge isn’t knowing what to do. It’s turning intention into action.
Across modern life, information is abundant. People are rarely short of advice about how to improve their health, work, relationships, or sense of direction. What’s missing is not knowledge, but reliable ways to translate insight into sustained action—especially when circumstances change.
Life transitions are moments when priorities shift, constraints evolve, and existing systems no longer quite fit. Even capable, motivated people can find themselves working hard without building real momentum, or attempting change that doesn't last because there is nothing holding them in place.
Chorus Life is built on a simple belief: sustainable change is not a matter of willpower or motivation. It is a design problem. When the right structure, cadence, and support are in place, change becomes easier to maintain–and momentum can be built deliberately rather than hoped for.
One approach, applied thoughtfully across different transitions
Chorus Life defines structured programmes for specific life transitions. Each programme is built to be clear in scope, grounded in evidence, and practical to live with – not aspirational or open-ended.
All Chorus programmes are underpinned by a shared, science-informed behaviour-change methodology–the Coxera Method. The Coxera Method provides a consistent rhythm for reflection, action, and adjustment, helping participants move from insight to habit over time.

Designed with rigour, delivered with care
Chorus programmes are informed by established research in health, behaviour change, and psychology, and shaped with input from subject-matter experts. We focus on translating complex evidence into clear, practical systems that work in real life.
We do not diagnose, treat, or replace clinical care. Clear boundaries are central to how we maintain focus and integrity in our programmes.
The founding team brings experience across programme design, facilitation, and evidence-informed practice, and is responsible for maintaining quality and integrity as Chorus grows.

Launching with focus, built to last
Chorus is intentionally launching with a single flagship programme, allowing us to focus on quality, learning, and delivery rather than scale for its own sake. That programme is designed as a clear expression of the Chorus approach in practice.
Over time, Chorus will continue to apply the same principles – structure, clarity, and momentum – to other major life transitions. Always thoughtful. Never rushed.
