How Chorus Life programmes turn intention into
lasting change
Knowing what to do isn’t the same as being able to do it consistently, over time, in real life.
The Coxera Method is Chorus Life’s structured approach to behaviour change, designed specifically for moments of life transition. It’s the design system that underpins all Chorus Life programmes, ensuring they don’t just inform or inspire, but reliably support follow through.
Making changes stick

Lasting change depends on three conditions being met at the same time:
- Capability - knowing what to do and how to do it
- Opportunity - structuring your days to support follow-through
- Motivation - having clear reasons to act, reinforced over time
Addressing just one or two of these puts you at risk of failure. The Coxera Method deliberately addresses all three, ensuring that you’re set up for success over the long-term.
Every Chorus Life programme is intentionally
built to:
- Strengthen your capability in ways that are practical and impactful
- Shape opportunity by helping you structure your life for success
- Sustain motivation through visible progress, shared momentum, and connection to the things that matter most to you.

A rhythm that supports real life
Life changes, motivation fluctuates, and routines occasionally slip. The Coxera Method assumes this – and plans for it.
Through repeated reflection, adjustment, and reinforcement, participants learn to:
- Identify what’s working and what isn’t
- Make small, sensible changes
- Build confidence in managing change, not just following a plan
Over time, this creates resilience, self-trust, and a momentum that lasts beyond the programme itself.
How the Coxera Method shapes
our programme design

A cohort, not a solo experience
Change is easier when you’ve got others on the journey with you. Our cohorts are designed to create shared momentum, steady accountability, and a level of commitment that’s hard to replicate alone. You move forward together — not in isolation.

A six-month timeframe
Lasting change takes time to test, adjust, and embed. Our six-month programmes allow participants to move beyond initial enthusiasm, encounter and adapt to real-life friction, experiment with different approaches, and build routines that hold up over time.

The Foundation Phase
Foundation and Review Workshops establish a strong starting point across capability, opportunity, and motivation. Through expert insight, structured planning, and personal reflection, you leave with a clear plan to carry through the programme.

Regular Coxera Sessions
Fortnightly Coxera sessions create a steady rhythm for checking in, diagnosing obstacles, and making practical adjustments. This consistent cadence prevents drift, strengthens accountability, and keeps momentum building across the six months.
